Tried to socially isolate outside for a while and paint today. Succeeded at the painting part. Not so much the isolation with all the kids out of school smokin’ weed in the bushes.

There are some quiet days at the school I teach at, during which I get the chance to sneak a doodle in their sketchbooks. This is the result of one such occasion.
Baby’s first nocturne
Fond memories tonight of hot beverages, chain smoking, and talking to the prettiest girl long into the night. Painted on site where it all took place because I’m crazy like that.
